Born in Broken Hill and built on a passion for sharing the landscapes, history, culture and characters of Far West New South Wales, our tours are designed for travellers who want more than just sightseeing. Founded by local operators Jonathan Oliver and Janine Gowenlock, Overland Adventures was created to showcase the places they know and love. Jonathan’s deep roots in Broken Hill and extensive local knowledge, combined with Janine’s journey from city life to the heart of the Outback, provide guests with an authentic and welcoming experience that few tour operators can offer.

Today, Tri State Safaris is the touring brand of Overland Adventures, specialising in small-group Outback NSW tours, Broken Hill tours, Lake Eyre adventures, Mutawintji National Park tours, Mungo National Park experiences, station stays, cultural journeys and remote wilderness exploration.
